The appellation of a 'job description' transforms these into quite blinkered soldiers. A major question should be, (as above); who is doing the paying ('cos it is them that calls the tune). The H.R. Departments of the major companies should be kept in sight. The 'public sector' H.R. are equally as bad; and add that to unions; and you have extremely confident (and blinkered) females ....
