I’m facilitating a series of workshops at the moment, the focus of which is on the nature of money, finance and banking in Ireland and the EU. The core text that we’re working off is Mary Mellor’s The Future of Money: From Financial Crisis to Public Resource.

The class on Wednesday is focusing in on chapter one of Mellor’s book. I’m hoping to post an audio recording of my talk at the workshop, along with the slides I’ll be using, but for now here’s a couple of articles that Mellor references in that chapter.
