It is being sold off the plans and will be ready for occupancy in early 2000. Special encouragement is being given to owner-occupiers and they will be given a chance to purchase in Saul’s Court before investors on the day of the launch. They are exempt from stamp duty for owner-occupiers, qualify for the first-time buyer’s grant of £3,000 and also for Section 23 tax relief.
There will be 29 units, one-, two- and three-bedroom and there will be 15 different apartment types, all of which will offer exceptional light and space.
