Many thanks to Budapestkick for recording Conor’s talk at the Cork launch of Sins of the Father in Solidarity Books, which he sent on to me today. Due to some technical difficulty getting the files online he suggested I host them here. By all accounts it was a great evening, a full house and from listening to the recording of the talk and the questions afterwards, provided plenty to think about.
Sorry to hear about the cat vomit Budapestkick. Hope the launch made up for it.
For those curious about the music samples applied in a rather ham-fisted way to some of the files, the intro and outro music on the main talk is from Nas and Damian Marley, with a track called Patience, pop-pickers. The song at the end of the final segment of questions is God Damned by Girls. I hope these work (as in, are appropriate). If not, I had fun putting them in, so no loss.
Enjoy!
