SEANAD ELECTIONS 2011
Mar 29th, 2011 by Conor McCabe
Normally I spoil my vote for the Seanad election, writing on the ballot paper that the whole thing is elitist and anti-democratic.
This year, though, I’m going to vote because Paddy Healy is running and I’d like to see him get as high a profile as he can.
A senator seat should do that for him at least.
I’m also going to give a preference to Eoin Ó Broin of Sinn Féin, mainly because he mentions Irish Left Review on his campaign flyer.
That’s how easy it is to get my vote.
