Enough empty units in Ireland to house over a million people - maybe the place should become 'European Capital of Squatting 2011' or something. Might be a bit too much innovation for Brussels though. Definitely would be too much for Leinster House.

Also depressing to see the number of commenters, if you follow through that 'Glengarry Glen Ross' clip to YouTube, seeing Baldwin's speech as a perfect slice of (sales) philosophy.</description>
