Hobbs has been consistent about Irish property and differentiated it from Germany I thought, but lets not get in the way of a good piece of jounalism from the hedge fund chairman, a person who makes money from CFDs then attacks their use on the ISEQ, but still stays in bank shares. I suppose giving nutty advice is ok when you tell people that it may be nutty so watch out. And giving out nutty advice when you KNOW it to be nutty advice is what makes you a "no-nonsense" adviser.
