Following on from Seán’s post about the Gorehounds and haircuts, below is side one of their only album. I picked it up on Ebay and it arrived today. I hope that none of the members of the band mind the transfer to MP3. Any complaints and of course I´ll take it down. I´ll post side two tomorrow - for some reason wordpress will only allow five songs at a time. Cheap bastards.

   Nice one Conor… Much appreciated… a band I liked very much at the time. And indeed if I’m not mistaken at least one of their number works in Tower and another was IIRC involved in Comet?

   cheers WBS. Yeah the guy with the leather pants now works in Tower, and the guy with the glasses owned Comet and put out tapes and albums of Irish bands. I had at three two of them - one of the tapes and one of the albums - but I lost them over the years. I’d love to track them down and put them up.

   The version of Ruby on the released album was muck compared to the original demo version.

   I used to ‘work’ with a ‘Conor McCabe’. Not too many of them around.
