I know I’ve been going on about this, but really the first time I heard about Brian Hayes and Fine Gael’s education “portfolio”, this is what came into my head. I’ve only now gotten around to putting it up on the web. It’s taken from Alan Partridge, the final episode of the first series, when he’s leaving the motel and there’s a party for him. Anyway, Mike, “who sells kitchens”, arrives and, well, as I said, the Gaelicly-Gaels spring to mind.
