		<description>Thanks for this - completely obvious that people were polled in such a way as to circumscribe interpretation.  On the other hand, I give up.  No chance of honest debate with all institutions so corrupt.  It's every man for himself.  And woman.</description>

		<description>Oh completely. As an exercise in analysis it's dubious to say the least. But then again, we don't know whether this is the EU commission's findings - as they have said that they are still working on it - or whether it's something the Irish Times threw together from conversations with glorious "insiders". 

As with the Irish Independent yesterday, they refer to "paper" as if it's been published somewhere - but where we don't know.</description>
